When do I receive my beautiful robe, sleep wear or gift set?
After your payment has been received, we’ll dispatch your items to you within 5 business days if the items are non-customised/personalised and providing we have stock.
We hold stock of most of our products. If the items are out of stock then the items will be sent within 21 working days.
Personalised items with print-work require approx 28-30 working days to dispatch.
If you have left it to the last minute and require personalised items urgently we advise to choose the priority option which will ensure your order is sent in 10-14 working days for the cost of £30 for UK deliveries. If you require sooner than this please do contact us at email@example.com and we will do our upmost to help you receive quality luxury items in time for your wedding or special event
Who do you use for delivery?
We use Royal Mail and DPD Local to dispatch your items.
Not at home to collect your items? We can’t tell the postman to leave it on your doorstep. If you’re out when he calls, a calling card will be left to arrange a redelivery.
Where do you deliver?
We send our bridal robes, and beautiful sleepwear all over the world using an international delivery service.
The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is.
For UK deliveries please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered before contacting us that your parcel is missing.
For International deliveries please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered before contacting us that your parcel is missing.
Royal Mail and DPD will try to deliver next day from when the order dispatches however some deliveries do take a little longer

The Little Lovebird is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.
